L’azienda agricola Giuseppe Ellena è situata nel comune di La Morra e si estende per circa 15 ettari, di cui 5 coltivati a vigneto, 8 a noccioleto e 2 destinati a bosco.
Our company is located in La Morra, and the farm covers a surface area of approximately 15 hectares. Vineyards stretch for about 5 hectares, hazel covers about 8 hectares and the rest (about 2 hectares) is woodland.

In vigneto si pratica una viticoltura antica con qualche cenno di modernità. Le potature sono corte, e le rese sono basse, ottenute con diradamenti spesso realizzati con due – tre passaggi in vigneto.
Our viticulture is traditional with some sign of modernity. The prunings are short and yields per hectare are very low, often obtained with 2 or 3 thinnings
